Jewellery

What is Vera Maeve jewellery made from?

Our jewellery is crafted with carefully selected materials designed to create beautiful, everyday pieces. All jewellery is 14K gold-plated stainless steel, nickel free, hypoallergenic, waterproof and tarnish-resistant. 

Over time, plated jewellery can naturally experience changes in colour due to long-term exposure to water, perfume, lotions, sweat, fake tan and other chemicals. We recommend removing jewellery before swimming, showering, bathing or exercising to help preserve its shine and to preserve your pieces looking beautiful for as long as possible.  

How should I care for my Vera Maeve jewellery?

Keep your jewellery away from water, perfume, creams, oils, fake tan and harsh chemicals. When you're not wearing your piece, store it somewhere dry and preferably in its Vera Maeve jewellery box or pouch.

Orders

How long will my order take to be dispatched?

Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where applicable. Delivery times in Australia are delivered by AusPost. We aim to get your order to you in 4-5 business days. International shipping is 12-15 business days. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

We aim to process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change or cancellation. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may be unable to make changes.

How will my order be packaged?

Every Vera Maeve piece is carefully packaged to make your order feel special from the moment it arrives. Your jewellery will be presented in our signature Vera Maeve packaging, ready to be gifted or kept all to yourself!

Shipping

Where do you ship?

Vera Maeve currently ships within Australia, with international shipping to Ireland and the UK also available.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order.

Will I receive tracking?

Where tracking is available, you’ll receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We currently offer international shipping to selected destinations, including Ireland and the UK. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges that may apply to their order.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my jewellery?

We want you to love your Vera Maeve piece. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please see our Returns & Exchanges policy for information about eligibility, timeframes and conditions.

Can I exchange an item?

Exchanges may be available depending on the circumstances and availability of the item. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can guide you through the process.

What if my jewellery arrives damaged or faulty?

We’re so sorry if something isn’t right. Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order with your order number and photographs of the issue, and we’ll be happy to look into it for you.

The County Collection

What inspired the County Collection?

The County Collection was inspired by Ireland its places, people and the feeling of home.

Each piece takes the outline of an Irish county and turns it into a wearable reminder of somewhere meaningful. Whether it represents where you grew up, where your family comes from or simply a place you carry with you, each necklace is designed to hold a little piece of home close.

Can I choose a different county?

Our available counties are listed within the County Collection. We hope to continue expanding the collection over time, so if there’s a county you’d love to see, we’d love to hear from you.
