Refund policy

14-Day Withdrawal Period

Customers in eligible jurisdictions have 14 days from the date of delivery of the last item in their order to request a return or cancel a purchase under the applicable right of withdrawal.

Returning Your Order

Once you have notified us that you wish to make a return, the item(s) must be sent back to Vera Maeve within 14 days of notifying us.

Items must be returned in their original condition and, where applicable, with their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund where an item has been worn, damaged or returned in a condition beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to make the refunded amount available in your account.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as Vera Maeve cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged while being returned to us.

Original Delivery Costs

Where a customer exercises their applicable right of withdrawal, Vera Maeve will refund the cost of standard delivery paid for the original order.

Any additional cost resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery option or shipping upgrade will not be refunded.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are personalised or made specifically to a customer's requirements, where applicable.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we may also be unable to accept returns of items that have been worn or damaged after delivery.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
