Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Vera Maeve jewellery. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your jewellery arrives damaged or has a fault, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please email veramaevejewellery@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the damage or fault

  • Photographs of the packaging where relevant

Please do not return an item before contacting us and receiving return instructions.

Where an item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, Vera Maeve will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item you received.

We will arrange the appropriate next steps to correct the error.

Change-of-Mind Returns — Australia

For customers in Australia, Vera Maeve does not offer change-of-mind returns unless otherwise stated.

This means we do not accept returns simply because you have changed your mind, selected the wrong item or no longer want your purchase.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, damaged, unsafe, not as described or otherwise does not meet the applicable consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy.

UK & Ireland: Online Cancellation Rights

Customers purchasing online in the United Kingdom or Ireland may have a statutory 14-day cooling-off/cancellation period for eligible purchases.

If you are exercising a statutory cancellation right, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You may then be required to return the item within the applicable return period.

Returned jewellery should be in its original condition and must not have been damaged through use beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the item.

These statutory rights are separate from our policy for faulty, damaged or incorrect items.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be made to the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Return Postage

For faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items, Vera Maeve will provide appropriate assistance with return postage where required by applicable consumer law.

For change-of-mind cancellations where the customer is responsible for return postage under applicable law, the customer may be responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Jewellery Returned in Damaged Condition

We reserve the right to assess returned items before approving a refund or other remedy.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
